Plant Family Archetypes

The way you naturally show up and demonstrate care for others is more than enough.

While much of this work is individual, you don’t have to do it alone.

We’re doing the work all together in The Grove and specialized within your plant family.

Plant Families?

Forests and other ecosystems the world over are home to beautiful symbiotic relationships where plants communicate and share nutrients through underground mycorrhizal networks.

We are not horticulturists, foresters, or even scientists, but we recognize and appreciate the lessons we can learn from nature.

The way that these plant families interact and support one another, filling different, yet interconnected jobs, inspires us. We believe it should serve as a blueprint for the way humans interact within communities.

People are all uniquely gifted and wired, but when we lean into our natural strengths and lean on one another, we can grow as a stronger ecosystem.

This naturally translates to the way we support one another in advocacy.

Take our plant family archetype quiz to learn how you naturally approach advocacy. Then, join our online Grove Community to grow in your advocacy work with the support of others.
