Grace over gotcha is our guiding principle. It shapes how we approach accountability, learning, and dialogue. We believe progress is more likely when people are met with care, given room to reflect, and supported rather than being defined by a single moment.
This community is for those who want to practice advocacy that is thoughtful, human, and sustainable. The kind that strengthens relationships instead of eroding them. The kind that makes space for learning, reflection, and repair.
